Safety and Emergency Help
AI Phone Chats is not an emergency service or crisis line. No person continuously monitors your calls, and the AI cannot contact emergency services for you.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number now. If you can, move to a safer place and ask a trusted person nearby to help.

- Pauses ordinary conversation when it detects a high-confidence emergency or crisis statement.
- Directs callers toward 911, a local emergency number, 988, and trusted nearby help as appropriate.
- Does not claim that it called for help, dispatched responders, or alerted a human monitor.
- Does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or other qualified professional care.
Privacy during a safety response
Live safety behavior works whether or not transcript retention or conversation memory is enabled. AI Phone Chats does not automatically contact or alert responders. Conversation content is saved after a call only when transcript retention is enabled in your account settings.
Do not use support or privacy email addresses for urgent help; those inboxes are not emergency channels. Outside the United States or Canada, contact your local emergency number or local crisis service.
